Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused — with all original tags and packaging intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team via email and include your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions to proceed. Please note that the return label and shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for safely packaging their return items. Using a reliable and trackable courier service is strongly recommended. Velanzo will not be liable for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Processing Time

After we receive your return, it will be inspected within 2  business days. If the returned item meets our policy conditions, we will notify you via email and begin processing your refund as explained in our Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, specific product categories such as clearance/final sale items are not eligible for return.

Important Notes

Shipping charges of $20 are non-refundable. Our standard handling time is 1 to 3 business days, and transit time for deliveries is 2 to 5 business days. Customers should be aware that the total delivery time is estimated between 3 to 8 days.
