- Refunds are not issued automatically. Every returned item undergoes a careful inspection to ensure it meets our eligibility standards. Items that are used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not qualify for a refund.
Please note that shipping charges of $20 are non-refundable, as these cover delivery and handling costs.
Refund Process

Refunds are always issued to the same payment source:
- Orders paid via credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card.

If 14 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team for further assistance.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Items returned with missing packaging, accessories, or tags.
- Products received in less-than-original condition.
- Returns received after the allowed time frame but accepted at our discretion.
In these cases, a small restocking or handling fee may be deducted, and you will be informed before the refund is processed.
